Will Carter works as a Lecturer of English at Kennesaw State University. In 2007, Will was in a car accident and suffered a collapsed lung, ruptured spleen, subdural hematoma, and a stroke in his occipital lobe. He writes non-fiction about his brain injury and brain injury recovery. His work has been published in His View From Home, Uncomfortable Revolution, The Purpled Nail, Brain Injury Hope Magazine, and more. He spoke at events for the American Heart Association's Mended Hearts Club, the 2021 Proud to be Asian Fundraiser, the Kennesaw Chapter of the Kiwanis Club. He is available to speak and offer his personal story of perseverance to encourage and inspire. |
